I'm Kevin, a former player turned developmental coach with more than a decade of experience inside professional youth academies. I've spent my career doing one thing: turning talented players into complete ones.
Over the years I've coached multiple players who went on to reach the professional level in Europe — and I've learned exactly what separates the ones who make it from the ones who stall.
